I am Terie Beth Dillard, an artist, muralist and illustrator/graphic designer. My work ranges from fine art canvases, to trompe l’oeil, to murals and special finishes on interiors and furniture. My bachelors degree is in art, painting and drawing; my masters work, in graphic design and illustration. With my versatility in style and technique, fine art skill and extensive product knowledge, I have been successful in creating marketable art and design applications for my commercial and residential clients. I often repurpose walls, furniture, etc. to give it an updated look. As an artist, I can easily replicate any style or design from fabric.
One of my most recent jobs was to create decorative finishes on multiple furniture pieces, painted in place for a Houston client's home in River Oaks.

Hand Painted Furniture—Barn door and sideboard with hand painted woodgraining to replicate old barn wood; Chalk paint faux finishes and decorative painting on furniture, with faux walnut finish on top of ornate bed headboard to coordinate with new bedding.
Illustrations—Whimsical art for Mary Lynn Mabray, ASID website; Mama’s Made in Texas cookbooks, (illustrated and produced) which sells on Amazon; Wedding monogram canvas.
Southern Living Dream Home— Designed and created a custom 7-color Scandinavian stencil design to hand paint on the stairs; children’s room murals, canvas art and faux finish in dining room.
Custom canvases—Large scale Scripture art for churches; Portraits of children, brides and bridesmaids, scenes and graphics.
My pricing varies depending on the type and extent of the job, ranging from a daily rate to square foot or per piece pricing. I work well within my clients' budgets, and am happy to do free estimates.
